GVC Takes Over Cozy Games

In November 2017, GVC Holdings makes international bingo related news by acquiring well-known UK based games provider, Cozy Games. The new addition to the already popular GVC Holdings establishment, provides a much bigger platform of casino games while also boosting more bingo variations for their fans. The sites operating with their software now fall under the ElectraWorks Ltd umbrella, which includes GVC Holdings alongside other popular casino brands such as Party Poker and Bwin Casino.

While the new acquisition provides many changes to licensing information for casinos operating with Cozy Games, the Isle of Man Gambling Commission remains the primary manager for these sites outside of the UK. For sites operating in the UK, the licenses are updated to include the new ElectraWorks information, which includes an agreement with the UK Gaming Commission.

Who is Cozy Games?

Cozy Games is an online casino software developer that was founded by a group of professionals in 2005.
